I remember this moment feeling at peace. June's been difficult for me. Coming up on 1 yr since back surgery which resulted in septic shock. Some symptoms have returned & it's been hard to find motivation especially with the world in a fragile state. Focusing on moments like this.

Growing up I remember learning about Aesop's fable, "The Tortoise and the Hare". We all know the moral of the story, slow but steady wins the race. Change and equality will come, we must all remember we WILL win the race for unity and equality for all. We must stand together.
