Friend and colleague @bethgodkin presenting some fantastic work on multi-sensor approaches to capture heart rate responses during daily life (in the wild)!!
Might I mention, this presentation was part of the "Best Of" category?! Well deserved and tremendous job Beth!!! 🙌🙌🙌
Had a great time presenting at the @wfnrcongress last week:
“Development of a standardized multi-sensor approach to examine heart rate responses to free-living walking: A launch point to clinical application.”
Engaging science and beautiful views!

🎉 Congratulations to Jason Au for being the recipient of the Emerging Graduate Mentorship award! He exemplifies the values of this award through his dedication to fostering problem-solving, critical thinking, self-directed learning, and communication skills among his students.
Mobility and sleep are modifiable health related behaviours and can be accurately measured in daily life using wearable sensors. Our group co-developed a feedback form to share results from week long sensor collections! @UWaterlooKHS@ONDRISTUDY@westernuFHS
In our experience, people liked learning about the data and outcomes, some even used it to modify these behaviors or shared results with their circle of care! #win
