why dont you guys just keep the majority of the monster stack series events as permanent schedule...
you're making guarantees more often than not and keeps people's schedule the same rather than keep changing it up.

I get you guys are always updating your software- its laggy and buggy sometimes but all that is tolerable and understandable.
Whats not is when theres a real issue affecting legit payouts bc a % of people would be cbf escalating after getting this response and assume scam

desktop direct log-in has broken down again since the software update yesterday/today.
the same undefined error message thats been occurring for the last 2-3months

new software update as of just now still does not work. cannot log in again directly through desktop software.
