You can request a copy of your VA claims file (C-file). Knowing what's in it helps you understand decisions and fill gaps. #VAClaims

Mental health and substance use often go together. Treating both at the same time gives recovery a stronger foundation. #Recovery #MentalHealth

Midweek: name one win, no matter how small. #Veterans

@CallofDuty @CallofDuty DMZ in the new Call of Duty is a no-win setup. You run missions against NPCs while real players hunt you, and if you die you lose everything in your vest. Go in loaded and one death wipes your gear; go in light and you're too weak to fight players. Add insured slots, gear protection, or a PvE-only option.

Vet Centers offer confidential counseling for eligible veterans, service members and their families, often outside the hospital setting. Worth a look. #Veterans
