Miles4Missions Day 7 - Three miles was the target today, and that was easily done. Got to watch the helicopter land too whilst I was at it! That's 42 miles total walked or cycled in the past week, and I'm only just getting started!

Miles4Missions Day 3 - I woke up, saw the target was 11 miles, and wanted to die inside. Nevertheless, a challenge is a challenge, and 51 minutes later, 17.76km or 11.04mi cycled!

The charity responds to, on average, 38 call-outs per week, with daily running costs coming to £25,969. The air ambulance is entirely charity-funded, so they rely on the goodwill of people like us to run their service. [4/5]
