@_PhilCosta Surely Spence can cover at right back and then you could bring Lewis Skelly in who would be a very good option either in midfield or at left back.

@atyget It wasn’t an essential signing but he adds depth to our squad and is a goal threat. You could argue the same with Madueke as Nwaneri can play there as a Saka back up but both players add depth. I am struggling to find a place for him in this team with the way we play though

@ArtdeRoche The challenge with Ethan is we have two players in both the positions he plays (RW and 10) so he’s only going to get minutes when they are not available or off the bench. Arteta wouldn’t trust him in the 8 where we also have 2 players (Rice / Merino) so it’s a tough one.

Madueke has cost us there with a really bad decision to shoot at the back post. Players were coming in to the box if he looked up. Dominated second half but looked fragile at the back today. Villa are 100% in a title race

I’m putting it out there. Gyokores is not good enough to be Arsenals number 9. People talk about him being a good finisher but I’ve not seen that at all. All I’ve seen are heavy touches and him overrunning where the ball should be in the box.

@scoutingindoors He has spent £800m , I understand the owners reluctance to back him further. Whilst he has done very well in his time he has failed to bring in the right players up top. This summer spending £60-70m on two players in positions which were not priority

They are saying it’s serious foul play because he caught the player above the ankle. Huh? Aren’t most fouls above the ankle?

We’ve been on the wrong end of a lot of decisions over the years. That is by far and away the worst of the lot by a country mile. No doubt there will other similar situations this season and none will be a red card

How are VAR not overturning that? Commentator saying it was a nasty tackle. How? He tripped him as Wolves were breaking. Yellow card every day of the week.
