@Neverendsstream The point of cardio is to get your HR up. If your job gets your HR just as high as it would from the gym then you don’t need to do much. If your job isn’t getting your HR up you’ll still need to get cardio from the gym. Do you have a smart watch you could use to test this?

@SomersetFT I used to work for the trust and I felt I experienced homophobia from a member of staff, whilst on a slow return to work. I was told I should have a meeting with said member of staff. Got in the meeting and I was blackmailed into apologising. Manager was present and did nothing.

@walsh_joe The public need educating in what A&E is actually for e.g. NOT a cold. Social care needs more resources to get people out of hospital quicker so Mrs Jones who’s been medical fit for a month can get out and make space.

@strugglingmeds2 @TraumaPhDandMe to make a complaint against me. Despite me saying it was a patient at risk, straight after visiting the patient. Which was ignored. I was the forced into transferring to a different team. Also my manager refused to put any of occy healths recommendations in place.

@strugglingmeds2 @TraumaPhDandMe driving license. Then I was sent because I’m dyslexic. The occy health dr implied all these referrals were fishy and said my manager was making sweeping statements which she had no business doing. Eventually she told me she found someone and encouraged them…

@xxsnzz From my experience my previous managers have no experience/education in being a manager. Things aren’t run properly. They are bias and are pricks. It’s the main reason I have left healthcare. Which I have spent my entire career working in and enjoying.
