2020 has been one hell of a weird year, but thankfully there have been some points of light along the way! Tonight I found out that a short film I wrote in the spring made the Top 20 at the La Film Prize! My friendsโฆ https://t.co/jIEQrhGeio
@usedgov Will borrowers who only have graduate loan debt remaining be eligible for the $20k level of forgiveness if they received Pell Grant(s) for their undergraduate studies?

@tamu_sbp@TAMU Also, does anyone else find it to be the height of irony that President Banks is trying to force a "Path Forward" for @TheBattOnline that is exclusively online, yet she doesn't have a Twitter presence?? #SaveTheBatt@TAMU

As a former photojournalist for the @TheBattOnline (c/o 2010), I cannot understand why the president of @TAMU would unilaterally decide to restructure The Batt. This is no way to run a University... or a business! Keep the paper independent. #SaveTheBatt
The Battalion is a longstanding tradition at @TAMU. I stand in strong support of independent student journalism & will always be an advocate for the student voice. Know that I am working with y'all to #SaveTheBatt.
#SaveTheBatt@TAMU president Katherine Banks should rescind this decision. Her quotes here are something else.
This is more than about threatening to end the Battalionโs print edition.
This is about Banks wanting the school to control the schoolโs student journalists. #GigEm
