Added airspace, satellite terrain, 3D terrain mesh, flight following and more in the latest release of my 3D adsb tool: air loom.
This has been such a fun project. The community has been awesome!
Ffmpeg + whisper + Claude
Whisper transcribes and timestamps.
Claude identifies moments in the transcription that matter, or are interesting.
Claude can also create simple bumper graphics in png then rip to .mp4. If you give it a design standard and work to calcify into a skill, it will produce dependable repeatable work.
Ffmpeg for all of the stitching needs.
I have it rip 1min teaser vids. It find the interesting moments, cuts to clips, ads graphics etc.
Then I’ll have it edit my longer (30min - 1hr+) content into chapters; removing non sequitur content.
@petergyang@WisprFlow I vibe coded whisper flow using local whisper and .sh / shortcuts.
It was a 30 min task.
I can extend it endlessly - adding in screenshot support / auto open new Claude instance / etc.
Do the same and you could easily set your default mic.
Testing out the ADSB AR trails today.
It’s so cool to see what’s really happening when the skies are so packed.
This AR all browser based. So it feels a little giggly. Any tips on how to make the attachment a little snappier?
@andrewkphotos I did a bit out of LMO and BDU.
08 off of Boulder you’d have about 30 seconds to swap over to practice area traffic and hope the BJC flights were on the same page.
LMO was usually chill unless FNL stopped taking traffic and everyone loaded up the pattern. Fun times
@thebaldgeek Light curtain as in it shows a semi transparent wall below the flight path? Like in ForeFlight?
Back when I was younger and dumber I roughly equated open access with free to use. Attribution is the way.
I made my own whisper flow at work. It’s all local to the machine. It works with screenshots.
I could probably replace a dozen small apps like this.
Small app makers need to hustle or get consumed.
