After careful consideration, we must share the difficult news that Guild Esports & Gaming will be closing.
I wholeheartedly agree. Absolute disgrace and mismanagement across the board. Each individual in the upper management knew and failed to tell anyone. They all walk away with their money while anyone owed is left to deal with the insolvency agency.
What they've actually done is to exploit a ton of women in gaming - I've not had a single invoice from this year paid, and they had a non-compete clause for their sponsor Sky Broadband for the five month period that I hosted for them, blocking me from actually making money.

Just to add as well. If a brand isn’t willing to give you insight to their budget on their spend. Then you aren’t willing to give usage rights so you can calculate a fee. Simple as. Probe everything.
Have now been told that because I did not pay the bill (despite having a direct debit guarentee letter in the post confirming setup) and kow settling the bill by paying over the phone. I now have to take out a new package and be sent a new router. This is torture @vmbusiness
Going public with this. @vmbusiness cancel my account with zero notification. Spent 2hrs on the phone only to be told i have to reorder a whole new service. Direct debit was never setup despite a letter confirm with a guarantee this went on for 6-months!!! @Ofcom.

I am now without internet for the entire weekend because @vmbusiness did not set up the direct debit on my account (despite receiving physical letters in the post) and their customer team is not open weekends. Final straw. I will be leaving this shite service on Monday.
