Freshman Ben Manuel has been named NE-10 Rookie of the Week. Starting both games Ben Averaged 10.5 pts shooting 50% from the floor with 4.5 rebounds and a monster 2 blocks & 2.5 steals per game for the week. Keep Working Ben! 🐶

There’s going to be a Division I athletic director who will look at what Jared Grasso (@JaredGrass11) has done over the course of his career and trust a basketball program to him again.

- Hall of Fame player at Quinnipiac University.
- Successful assistant coaching stints at Hofstra and Iona (to name a few).
- Named head coach at Bryant University in 2018
- Increased Bryant's win total from three in its previous season to ten, fifteen (twice) and ultimately 22 in his first four seasons.
- Established one of the largest NIL collectives in mid-major college basketball.

Prior to his arrival, Bryant was a D2 program which had made the transition to Division I with limited on-the-court success (CBI appearance in 2012-13).

Under his leadership, the Bulldogs won their first-ever NEC regular-season championship and NEC Tournament title; as well as making their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2022.

He was named USBWA District 1 Coach of the Year (2020-21) and NEC Coach of the Year (2021-22).

Aside from his success in the NEC, Coach Grasso's teams were consistently nationally ranked in multiple offensive categories.

Before the start of the 2022-23 season, Bryant shifted conferences to the American East.

That year, Coach Grasso had the Bulldogs playing with so much confidence they walked into the Carrier Dome and beat Jim Boeheim’s Syracuse.

A tiny America East school beating an ACC program and their Hall of Fame coach on their own court.

Since his departure from Bryant, he has taken over the reigns at Knox School (NY) and turned their post-grad team into one of the premier Prep programs in the country - currently ranked #17 in the nation.

He is continuing to develop/mentor players and prepare them for the demands of playing at the next level.

He has been through the fire and come out a better man. Shaped, not defined, by his past. Spiritually grounded.

I’m confident there are ADs that want someone who has proven he can build a winning program from the ground up.
