@SoFi We couldn’t get anyone in your call center to connect us with anyone to help and resolve. We were put on hold for 45 minutes and no one picked up to talk with us. How can she talk with someone directly via phone?

@onedrive Your web app is not loading properly on Edge, works fine on Chrome. No folders or files load on the My Files screen. This has been happening for over a week. Several errors when looking at the developer console on Edge (404 errors failing to load resources)
