The greatest country in the world REQUIRES young, indefatigable, dynamic leadership. Not old stalwarts that are elected and kept in power by the blob and then decay in front of our eyes. And to be fair, its happening in both the Republican and Democratic ranks. We need to thanks these folks for their service and they need to ride into the sunset. NOW.

California hasn’t built a new UC school in over 2 decades, while the student population has grown massively, leading to lower and lower acceptance rates for California’s students.

Here’s an idea for vacant downtown offices: Buy a cluster of them in DTLA, Sacramento, or SF, and swiftly open up a new UC system without a single CEQA battle. Converting offices to classroom is easy and cheap.

If NYU can make vertical campuses in the City work, so can we.
