@OntheBeachUK furthermore, if you have issues in-Resort, they do next to nothing to help you. If you want to be left out of pocket and stranded during your holiday then go ahead and book with them

@OntheBeachUK completely ruined holiday booked with onthebeach. Left with 2 kids under 3 stuck without a hotel and still no response to a complaint logged 30 days ago. Never had issues with @loveholidays. Will be using them from now on
