@somnisweet the only thing they have in common is the amount of screen time they got 😭😭 #justiceformami

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@drunkeldian I did hear that they got their moments and focus to some extent, but the one that actually got neglected was mami which is sad considering in the concept movie she was gonna have some focus but ig thats one of the ideas that got scrapped (similar to ballerina madoka)

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@drunkeldian i do think this change elevated homura's character to the status she is today

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@drunkeldian it was actually the most normal ending which is madoka taking homura's soul away. The changes to this ending did affect other things within the movie like homura's character and subtle foreshadowing + not so subtle foreshadowings (the flower field scene)

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@drunkeldian I just hope at the very least, this movie gave him an opening to explore things he actually enjoys and wants to tell for madoka

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@drunkeldian It seems like with WR they did the same thing with his version, where it was supposed to be over the top but they made it more in line with the madoka theme and feels. However I do not like how it feels like they are stringing him along and I also hope he stays at the same time..

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@Sesporous @DeltafulRow then don't

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@sarca_sc Always loved the way devil homura had clara doll eyes in the SBs

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@AdeptRogues @faegoth_ @Sh1ndai …how many characters have 50 different names in this game

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@drunkeldian @sarca_sc i saw it without hearing about it being spoiler-y, and yes you really shouldn't watch it, they showed almost all the things they were actively trying to hide in the other trailers

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@Faraj24u @NotSelectoTrust “Ai gem”

lmao

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@ShrugD2 @libretachikita_ yeah it is, tho the mc comes as annoying in the first season to a lot of people (I disagree) he does develop greatly.

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@ShrugD2 @libretachikita_ I love re:zero to death but like that one fight that vincent chansard animated in s3 was incomprehensible

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@ShrugD2 @libretachikita_ Same, one can point at jjk but I also think one piece did the same thing, mob psycho too technically. Now it feels like every action anime has that one ep with a fight like this. Its a marketing technique to have a sequence go viral on social media and bring more audience.

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@ShrugD2 @libretachikita_ i dont think they are saying "jjk fight inspired mob psycho animation", they are talking about how it influenced the average anime fan's perception of what is a well animated fight

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@mdhmpilled damn, mami's waist got snatched

[Benne @Benne_fault]

@KuroeParadox I swear, it seems like now people are trying to excuse their confusion with the movie by saying that you need to watch magireco to understand it
