@MultifamilyMad @GeorgeHooverCRE Just recently had this come up. Brought the deal directly to buyer and they brought in and paid the ditziest Resi agent I ever met. The only logical explanation for paying six figures more than needed is you’re sleeping together 🤦🏻‍♂️
