George Kneiser didn’t start playing golf till he was a sophomore and was lightly recruited out of high school. Only got an offer to Wisconsin Green Bay after the team lost a player late in Kneiser’s senior year of High School.
His freshman year at UWGB he averaged nearly 77.
But continued to improve, won his conference tourney as a junior. Won another event as a Senior.
Turned pro 4 years ago, played small mini-tour events, kept working at it.
In 2022 got Canadian Tour status but struggled. Finished 105th in points. Went back to Q-school and got his card back. Finished 25th last season.

And yesterday was one over thru 3 holes in the Monday Q but as he as always done, kept grinding. Made 7 birdies, shot 65 and tied for medalist.

He will play his first ever pga tour event this week.

This is not a “medieval way to kick people when they’re down.” It’s a positive way to encourage people to seek shelters that can provide needed help while simultaneously benefitting the general public.

Using low-cost measures such as redesigning benches is a great way to discourage homeless people from sleeping in public places. These changes should help divert homeless to shelters that provide beneficial resources that reintegrate them into society.
