@cardiganwinters I try to make sure that what I'm sharing is nonsense without context 😂 unless you are having a brainstorming session about their story & offering ideas then nobody should be taking your ideas. Makes me think of those old piracy ads. Theft is a crime.

@MarkeeBooks Sadly went to write to discover I'd lost 2k+ words of my latest chapter (recovery said I'd saved it on Saturday but that version was still missing the same count) 😭 so I've spent the time outlining the chapter because I'm too miserable to actually rewrite just yet.

Your first draft is the skeleton of your story. Just get that down and it won't matter if it's utter rubbish, you can fix that in the following drafts. First you need the story. So don't slow yourself down. Just write. Worry about polishing it later.
