@mummy_flowers Submit your claim through the website. I finally got issued a refund today for the out of date & defrosted food. Hope this helps! I won’t be shopping here again, their customer service is terrible

@Mortgage_Stu @Morrisons Same happened to me, I waited 18 hours, it was out of date, defrosted and squashed to pieces. No communication what so ever. I had to take to social media to find out the score after being lied to on the phone TWICE.
