Not every Soldier joins the Army to do 20 years and retire and that is ok. What is not ok is treating Soldiers who are in the process of getting out poorly, simply because they are getting out.

every person who serves, whether for 2 years or 20, has given our country their time, effort, and sacrifice. Every single one of them will go back out into civilian society and make a recommendation to others on the Armed Forces based on how they were treated.

Treat the people around you well. Treat the people that work for you well. Treat people the way you wish you had been treated. People, not technology are our greatest asset.
