@VerizonSupport I’ve heard that before. We have spoken to a representative at our local store. I have been assured, yet again, that this will be taken care of within 24 hours. If it isn’t, you will hear from a lawyer. Even if it is, you have proven you are not to be trusted.
@VerizonSupport apparently your offer of trading in any iPhone for a new one is a scam. I gave you my old iPhone, at your invitation, and you gave me a new one. Now you are trying to say my old phone didn’t qualify and are billing me for the new one.
@VerizonSupport I’ve been with your service for two months and it has been two months too long. I’m seeing as regularly about trading in any iPhone any condition, but apparently two months after trading in an iPhone 13 you are allowed to renege on the deal and fill me for it. This is absurd.
@VerizonSupport You’ve sent me a link in the private chat, finally, that will not load on my phone. I can only guess it is because of your amazing coverage.
@VerizonSupport Now almost 2 months later you are telling me that my trade-in was not accepted and you are trying to bill me for it. Honor the deal you offered me or send me my phone back.
@VerizonSupport I went into your store, to add service to a phone I owned outright. A perfectly good iPhone 13. You said in exchange for the iPhone 13 you would give me a new iPhone 15. I accepted it.
@VerizonSupport I will state publicly here, you are at least the fourth person to tell me if they will look into it. I don’t want you to get started. I want you to get it done or I am done with you.
Now, instead of correcting it, you have shut off my phone service, while I am on a road trip no less, and now I am unable to call you. When I get to my hotel I will be consulting a lawyer. Fix my bill or give me my old phone back.
I wish "leading people into worship" did not just mean helping a crowd sing songs to God.
I wish it also meant helping a group see the face of God on the streets, in our next-door neighbor, in the poor, in the refugee.
Burned her career and life to the ground with one of the most Christian, punk, AND moral actions all in the same, blazing moment. Nothing compares. #RIPSinead
The first recorded words of Jesus are, “Why were you searching for me?” (Luke 2:49)
Can you imagine Jesus asking you that right now?
How would you answer?
