@united at their web site (which also had problems), it would have saved some time and not increased my blood pressure as much. if any of my former students are at all involved in code/designs like this, i'd be tempted to try to retroactively fail them....
Extremely annoyed at @united -- text message says i can check in, but cannot check-in w/ partner airline via app, so check-in via counter at airport or united website. united web site log-in is broken periodically, and is currently broken. poorly maintained, but app not replacem
@united ... and all it told me was that i had to check in at the partner airline website, and here's there confirmation number (which i already had from the phone app). so the whole thing was a huge waste of time. if the initial text message had just said, use the other-airline code...

The @Toyota app is so funny. Lost my car. Actually, it hasn't been able to find my car for years now, but a recent update has it complaining about it in a notification. No remote climate start (worked ~one glorious summer), no range estimate (used to work, broken now).
American insued @AmericanExpress are no good for Oslo Amex lounge access. Only those issued in Scandinavian banks are accepted. It's like, why did we get the card again?
currently pissed at @Chase for blocking my account for daring to xfer money to somewhere i've done so before. requiring waiting 15 minutes to get into a second phone queue. "we appreciate the opportunity to serve you" but not, you know, actually serving you.
@USPS@Chase@BankofAmerica BoA blames @Chase . Chase blames @BankofAmerica for not accepting electronic payments. Oh, on the phone w/ 4 different CSRs at Chase, getting quite the runaround.

My bill pay via @Chase messed up. Apparently a check was sent and returned. The CSR answered quickly and was nice. I wanted to kick the issue up. Transferred to another queue to talk to an account specialist. 20 minute wait. "We care" hold verbiage. Yeah.
Payments from a bank to a credit card not-their-own shouldn't require paper checks in this day and age. Esp with the current state of @USPS .
Seriously considering not doing business with @Chase and @BankofAmerica any more.
