@theTRUESPEED Constant connectivity issues that are never raised to technical support. Never receive a call back. And lack of ability to use the router correctly. I need to be able to speak to someone that doesn’t just ask me to turn router off and on.
@HelpAtGeorge - Over 4 weeks since we returned a product which you are refusing to say you’ve received. Now being ignored on email and complaints censored. Evidence of return have all been sent to CS team and still nothing. If no reply from CS, how do we get this sorted?

6 weeks down the line and still not a single bit of help for my lease payments. 2 payments have been made since I declared financial difficulty to you. Other car is a @KiaUK and they applied 3 month holiday within 24 hours. @AudiUK@MonMotorsAudi#COVID19

All events cancelled means absolutely no income. Baby boy born 7 weeks early on Monday in intensive care.

@IKEAUKSupport - I wanted to share the news with you that after my wife’s waters broke in child’s section at IKEA Bristol on Monday evening, we had an amazing little boy a few hours later. 7 weeks early, he took us all by surprise. The staff in store were great!

@AsdaServiceTeam Not entirely true @Asda. It’s to do with your choice of payment gateway and EPOS system. Every other supermarket has managed it. Would be good if you kept up. 👍

@sainsburys I now can’t use SmartShop at all as the system refuses my card. I assume because my last shop is still active. In store people don’t know how to fix it.
@sainsburys Smart shopping system is flawed. Allows you to take scanner without having physical Nectar Card but you need it to complete checkout. All our shopping completed and then had to checkout normally anyway. Whole process took longer than usual! Please fix it!
@sainsburys Yes. Exactly that. The machine to release the scanners allows you to take a scanner by entering the code from your nectar card manually, therefore not needing the scanner. A better way to deal with this would be to update the Nectar App so that it has a virtual card.
