@eventim_uk @edsheeran 25th August 2021...that's when the Jason Manford gig in Wrexham was cancelled. It's now the 19th October and I'm yet to receive a refund even though others have. 3 emails, 2 requests through your page and 1 messager request but only automated replies back. Disgusting service
