Guys genuinely don't know why you bother with hermes 3 out of my last 5 deliveries with Hermes have been lost after "attempted deliveries but we missed you"- my delivery address is a work address which is open 24-7 BTW. Hermes are dia!!!

@O2 @davidturleyuk Seriously o2 I've been a customer on and off for the past 15 years and I've never managed to make phone call, send a text or use my data even though my phone always shows full signal. I've had other contracts mainly with voda, ee and never had a single issue. Still not fixed!
