@nnwfug Thank you so much for engaging in mental health matters.Together with lived experience experts we shall overcome cultural misconceptions about mental illness.
Living with a mental health condition does not mean derogation of one's rights on basis of their health condition. Un necessary restriction of personal liberties Must be condemned. It is everyone's burden to protect and promote such rights with out any form of discrimination.
Trauma that is caused by a broken relationship is best healed through another safe relationship. Our nervous system is wired for connection. As @dr_treisman rightfully put it, "Relational trauma requires relational repair."
We don't heal easily in isolation. So find your people.
The dark moments are not permanent. The winds of testing don’t last forever. You are close to seeing things turn around. You are close to a breakthrough, close to your healing, close to meeting the right person, close to victory like you’ve never seen.
HE President @KagutaMuseveni will deliver the State of the Nation Address to Parliament on Thursday, 04 June 2020. Due to the #COVID19 situation and for observance of the social distancing measures, the function will be held at the Kololo Independence Grounds. @newvisionwire
