@airindia it’s been over six days since we’ve put in my claim for my missing points for our recent trip from Delhi to Victoria Falls business class on an Air India ticket. The flight was operated by Ethiopian airlines. I’ve provided all documentation but no response.
@airindia I am enquiring about my wife’s case ID 41149207. She was on the same flight with me and while you have, after much follow up, credited my account with the points her account is not credited for the ticket which cost her INR 1.83 lakh +. The same cost as me for business class.
@airindia You have resolved my issue and credited the points thank you. however you haven’t done the same for my wife who was on the same flights with and I’ve shared the case number and other details with you.
@HPIndia shocked at your service support. Bought a new ink tank printer which stopped working after printing two pages. Have been trying to get some response from your customer support but no one has even come to check the machine.
@AcerTVIndia Terrible service experience with Acer TV I’m struggling to get my TV fixed and for the last 4 months it hasn’t been attended to how can you have such terrible customer service. You shouldn’t be allowed to sell your TVs in India. @AcerTVIndia. The TV came with the apartment.

shocking experience with @emirates lost my son’s bag on his trip from Mumbai to Nairobi on 13th back to india on the 23 rd and despite many requests ,chats customer support no bag, no compensation not even a delayed baggage certificate to file an insurance claim. Exasperated!!
