@rogie We talk about this on our team all the time. Now that Figma Make is going to have credit caps in a few months I wonder if it will effect how cordial I’ll be with the LLM if I worry too much about how many credits it will use.
@hemeon@frontutah We just held this years conference last week. Looking at dates for next year so they’re not finalized yet. Targeting end of April or May 2026
Looking to connect with product design leaders who are extremely organized.
Specifically:
•Leading large design teams
•Working across multiple product lines
•Managing complex cross-functional collaboration
I’m especially interested in how you structure the work: Tools, rituals, documentation systems, team structure—what’s helping you keep things clear and aligned?
If you’re someone who thrives in this kind of complexity (or know someone who does), I’d love to learn from you.

Yeah. I’m having similar problems across our team. With how close the race is with the tooling, betting on one comes with immediate regret if another adds something that’s better than the one you just bet on.
Right now to create focus we just have to focus on one while also being aware of what’s going one in others to determine if a pivot becomes necessary.
@jina Couldn’t have said it better. Nothing left to hold them back. Add in Bolt, v0, lovable, etc with Figma Make. They came out swinging.
Can’t tell you how excited I am about the releases.
I think I'm officially worried about the future of Figma as a design tool when it comes to speed. With new AI tools like v0, Claude, Ready AI etc making it much easier to go from conceptual idea to a workable prototype.
Am I the only one thinking this?
