@herrmanndigital Seeing what you are but only in Facebook feed in-app placement. Tons of cheap clicks, no conversions. Seems to be throwing everything out of whack. Have excluded the placement but now spending through much less per day
a story about client feedback…
It’s 1964 and a group of madmen are at the Cincinnati airport bar, licking their wounds after an ad review at Procter & Gamble went south.
“It’s as if we walked in today with this beautiful little bluebird and showed it to them.
‘How do you like our bluebird?’ we’d ask.
“‘Boy, that is some great-looking bluebird,’ they’d respond. ‘We have only one little thought, perhaps if the tail was a little longer it would work better.’
“‘OK,’ we’d say, figuring that wasn’t much of a problem.
“‘And maybe the wings could be a little shorter.’
“‘And the beak sharper and longer…and the feet bigger…and the head smaller and rounder…’
“‘OK,’ we’d agree, figuring it can’t go on forever, but it does.
“Finally it does end and they say, ‘That was really a productive meeting, I think we’ve accomplished a great deal. Now let’s see it fly.’
“I take the bluebird in my hand, launch him into the air and it proceeds to drop to the floor like a stone, roll over once, and die.
“The last comment from the client is, ‘Hey, your bird’s no good, it can’t fly.”

the world wants you to be vanilla (as @thesamparr says)
This landing page is double chocolate chunk.
- swearing in the headline
- optin form autofill that made me laugh out loud
- saying "11,000 weirdos" instead of "11,000 subscribers"
nice job @LouisSlices
@MehtabKarta Check out Clays LinkedIn ads they do something kinda like this. Incentivize customers to make screen share videos of interesting ways they use the tool then clay runs those as ads
Wild: Harris is spending almost 5x Trump on Meta ads.
This is over the last 30 days.
She's spent ~$4M just in Pennsylvania in the last month which is what he's spent in total.
I found this amazing video from a little food stall in Bolivia.
I'm loving this trend.
They take a random, very eye-catching clip and then smoothly and hilariously transition it to being about their company.
It's clickbaity, but hilarious.
I can't wait to try something like this in ads.
I'm going to keep adding examples I find in this thread...
