@virginmedia absolutely shocking service, booked an istallation for this morning at 8 for broadband, tv and phone only to have to ring to find out it’s been pushed back to 6th September without being told, good job your complaints service is a letter because we have no internet..

@virginmedia I understand that but now it’s going to be a month without internet and a large amount of money lost due to extra phone bills, costs of contracts gone unused online, having to pay to go to WiFi areas and taking time out of my job because of a mistake that your advisors have made

@virginmedia No explanation other than they had no engineers available on that day, no explanation as to why we weren’t told and nor why it was going to be another 11 days either, we now have no internet in the house and bills that need to be sorted in the next 5 days
