@AmericanAir Awful customer service and treatment. so you offer a nice benefit after I fly a ton - free admirals club 1yr. Amazing! Active in 72hrs. 5 days late nope👎, call customer service. "No problem should be updated in a few days." Try, nope👎
@AmericanAir it is no wonder people share terrible customer service experience @AmericanAir
I've mostly found the staff on your airline and to be quite good, but this system and treatment is a ridiculous way to try and retain some of your most loyal and high mileage customers
@AmericanAir I recognize this is small compared to any number of global problems that people face every day but I Fly a lot, you all have designed a program to thank me for picking you and then you don't give it to me and you do a terrible job of even bothering to try and resolve
@AmericanAir strange way to thank people for their customer loyalty - offer them the benefit never actually give it to them. Make them spend hours on the phone trying to resolve and offer literally no way to resolve the situation.
call customer service again, hour on the phone. "Sorry, we have escalated it and it should be resolved shortly."great finally getting somewhere @AmericanAir
check again a week later - nothing shows up in the app. Call again on the phone 40 minutes. Sorry we are escalating"
@AmericanAir I say that's the answer I got last time. Can you tell me how long this is gonna take? Answer "no sorry he could take 30 days." Can I talk to supervisor? Supervisor. "Sorry we escalate, we don't get any information back. Could take 30 days."
