@parcelforce Hi, was meant to have a Parcel collected yesterday. Was then told it’ll be today. Your website is now saying tomorrow?? Assuming I can just drop at my local Post Office? Haven’t had any issues in the past at all with this service.

@AsdaServiceTeam have been trying to use a £10 voucher on your Asda Rewards app for the past couple of weeks now but I’m told each time that it’s not currently working. Was told it’s a system wide issue & not just the store I regularly use (Rayleigh, Essex)?
