@ManCityHelp When purchasing the ticket for Madrid away I was unable to select any other option other than collection from etihad stadium. I am away and will be going straight to Madrid so won’t be in manchester . Please can you arrange for me to pick this up from Madrid?

@ManCityHelp The system is a disgrace. All everyone wants is a season card as we have had for years. Why change something if it’s not broken? For yesterdays game my season card wouldn’t download onto my device due to an error message. I believe many also had the same issue.
