Dolly Parton’s longtime manager, Danny Nozell, has now filed for a restraining order against Dolly’s nephew, Bryan Seaver.

Seaver was the one Dolly entrusted with announcing her passing on video nearly a month ago.

Nozell alleges that since Dolly died, Seaver has been making all sorts of threats, which led to his termination yesterday as head of security for her personal properties and companies.

Among the threats:

1. Bryan began "invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence" to extort Nozell into giving in to his demands for money.

2. "Her money better be bigger than I can make elsewhere or I'm going to f*** everyone. I am about to become the hand of retribution for my entire family."

3. "I'm going to set up a podcast dedicated to ruining Dolly's brand partnership and telling the violations these people have done on us."

4. "All I do is warfare ... everyone needs to be worried about what I might do."

5. "I'm not an entertainment person. I'm a killer"

6. "I'm going to ratf**k every entity I can possibly conjure"
