@Scienceofsport People who whinge about SA's strategy need to remember that multiple knockout games were decided by late kicks (or missed kicks). SA could have easily lost the 1/4 final, NZ were a kick away from winning it all. It'd only be concerning if they were totally dominant (they weren't)

But for 99% of rugby fans their only exposure is what they see/hear via TMO during a match. World Rugby could do a lot more to help fans understand the mitigating factors.

@VeronicaLake23 @_chloeswarbrick Likewise, I've done well over 1000 assessments since late 2020. You're right many are in good condition, but there are a LOT bordering on uninhabitable too. Some areas like Murupara or parts of Rotorua (where I live) are absolutely shocking.

Many older rentals would need to be fully gutted, re-lined & re-roofed to make them properly water-tight/warm.

@canu_c_it @_chloeswarbrick The government haven't established set any qualification criteria or certification. There are multiple companies/franchises doing it across the country. Personally I'm 100% in support of a qualification/certification requirement for any assessor.
