@deanwball @johnloeber If the question is “what will a court do?”, I agree there’s a good chance it would say there’s liability on the part of OpenAI. The Ds in the social media cases have cited the cases from the 70s and 80s holding no duty to viewers/listeners of expressive works, to no avail.
