@VodafoneUK the outage in Bridgend is on its 3rd or 4th week now. I’m told it’ll be fixed soon. I asked about a refund for mobile wifi for the 3 weeks of no service. I’ve been told it’s unlikely I’ll get any refund I can cancel if I want to. I mean seriously! No service, no pay!

After trying for many hours on the phone only to be hung up on over and over again, being stranded at the airport in Spain cause BA messed up and having to buy another flight to get home @British_Airways strikes again. Absolutely appalling. Few hundred £’s out of pocket too 😡
