Sat and watched a programme on 'the job' that was the beginning of the end of my Ambulance service career. Reliving what I saw, as if it was yesterday. I thought I had put this to bed but sadly not. Am now shocked and saddened with the lack of prison time for those involved.

Last night shift almost done. After nearly 14 years in @EastEnglandAmb I hang up my greens and move into Primary care. I will be back for OT but remember, take care of each other out there. You will all be missed......(well nearly all) 😊
