Weather has canceled the extreme rodeo event at the Hancock County Fairgrounds, according to 4-H officials. The rodeo was supposed to run Sunday and Monday evening.
A witness told the Daily Reporter he drove near the site not long after the plane went down. He described it as a small aircraft, and thick black smoke was rising from it.
