4 signs you’re in the right circle

1. The right circle won’t let you stay average. They won't let you settle for less. This is because the people who make up the circle understand that comfort zones are cozy, but growth never happens there, so they challenge one another. They’ll push you to read more, try harder, and set bigger goals. If your circle doesn’t stretch you, it’s limiting you.

2. The right circle celebrates you.
Real friends don’t compete with you. They clap for you. You are in the right circle when they talk about your wins like it’s their own. Genuine people are happy when you shine. If you have to hide your progress to keep the peace, that’s not your circle.

3. The right circle corrects you. Correction is love in disguise. If you are among the right people, they won’t watch you ruin yourself or walk into.mistakes silently. They’ll call you out respectfully.
A circle that flatters you into destruction is dangerous. Choose those who care enough to tell you the truth.

4. The right circle protects you. They've got your back in rooms you're not. When you’re not in the room, do they defend your name or join in tearing you down? Loyalty shows when it’s most inconvenient.
The right circle has your back, not just to your face but behind it. A circle that gossips you and laughs about your predicament is no place to be.

Your circle is a mirror: it reflects who you are and who you’re becoming. The people around you can either drag you down with them or pull you up as they make it in life.

Surround yourself with people who challenge, celebrate, correct, and protect you. And vice versa. That’s the environment where growth thrives.

It's only lonely at the top when you climb with the wrong circle.
