Unfortunately, I think this batch sat out a little long. They had all the right ingredients (a little too sweet) but, everything was a bit off. I’m a firm believer that grapes belong in chicken salad but they need to be firm no pun intended. Final score: 4.9

Great use of the caramelized onions, it added some sweetness. Not a big “melt” guy but the munster and cheddar combo was nice. Mayo-to-chicken ratio was excellent. Add some dill and grapes and it could change the game. Final Score: 7.3
