Really interesting comments on my YouTube channel community tab re. polyphasic sleep. My fifth night failed as I felt too tired to get up at 1.20am. Having slept the full night now I'm confident I'm fully caught up on any deficit.

Third day in a polyphasic sleep routine. More overlap with colleagues in NZ is a win. No massive reduction in overall time asleep but huge advantage in focus as a result of shorter times doing the same thing. Think the maturation effect helps with problem solving too.

First 32 hours experimenting with polyphasic sleep cycle. So far so good. At the moment aiming for similar total sleep as normal. If that goes ok I’ll experiment reducing slightly. I think in general sleep is a good thing and I’m not trying to reduce it to crazy levels.

@mcsmik @pentaquarky @NotATeslaApp @TeslaOwnersUK Hum interesting - it does seem like there was a lot of confusion about this online. Some people think it’s the icon to show blending is active, other saying it’s just the icon to replace the old ‘limited regen’ banner. Will assume the latter then!

@mcsmik @pentaquarky @NotATeslaApp @TeslaOwnersUK I saw the icon over the last few days but it wasn’t on today. Bit odd. Regen itself seems a bit lower and when the blending icon was on the other day that felt a bit lower than I expected from normal regen. Maybe it’s in tune with a slightly reduced regen in the cold.
