Shocking customer service from @Tesla today. My boot has been broken for 4 weeks. Scheduled for repair today. No one turned up and their response is ‘we rescheduled it after we visited on Monday’ I was in ALL day on Monday and no one came. Straight up lies.

1) it’s not a price freeze, it’s a 5% rise
2) I work on Sundays so can’t get to the fun day to secure this cheaper season ticket price.
3) I’ve been given only a few days notice to find the money - this is pressure buying tactics and doesn’t look good.
