3 - Martin Ødegaard is only the third player on record (from 1966) to assist a goal in each of his first three FIFA World Cup appearances, after Igor Belanov for USSR in 1986 and Michael Ballack for Germany in 2002.

It’s the 2nd day of the World Cup. If you add a 0 behind the number 2, you’ll get 20 and that’s exactly the number of days since Arsenal won the league title.
“Why argue with an Arsenal fan when you can just wait?” We waited. We won. We are champions of England - and we are just one game away from being crowned champions of Europe. Read my piece on what Arsenal means to me here: https://t.co/J6cg388mRH
My OneApp is just a colourful STK toolkit nothing savy as the previous MPESA App. I liked the MPESA app. I have found myself using the STK tool more today as to previously when I used the app.
Having used the My OneApp for a few days, here are a few points of feedback to Safaricom:
— Brand Disconnect: The “My OneApp” name has no linkage to Safaricom or M-Pesa, diluting brand equity. A name aligned with M-Pesa or Safaricom’s ecosystem would materially improve adoption.
— Stability Issues: Recurring bugs, particularly during money transfers, disrupt core functionality. This has notably improved over the past few days.
— Improved UX and Data Visibility: The app delivers a more information-rich interface, with enhanced content layers and clearer transaction context compared to the legacy experience.
— Smart Recipient Identification: Real-time name resolution during input when sending money or paying for goods or Services reduces transaction risk.
— Data Migration Gap: Upgrading results in loss of previously saved paybill numbers for some users, indicating weak migration and continuity handling. A heads-up to consumers would have been useful so they can favourite key numbers beforehand and retain them post-update.
— Lack of User Guidance: No clear pre-update instruction to save paybills as “Favorites,” leading to avoidable data loss and user friction.
— Access Constraint for Users Abroad: App updates appear restricted to Safaricom internet only, limiting usability for users especially outside Kenya and creating unnecessary friction for a global user base.
Overall the app works well
True Baba’s supporters are always rebellious in nature. That was always his MO; he rebelled against his own father when there was an easy way of just conforming.
Towards the end of his era, his influence started to grow feeble when he joined the broad-based shenanigans, to the chagrin of a majority of his supporters like me.
That spirit seems to have been revived by this Sifuna,Babu and Orengo team; they are a thorn in the flesh for the ‘tutam’ brigade, no matter how much they try to downplay it.
Time will tell!
There can't have been too many more dramatic falls from grace in recent Premier League history than Lucas Paquetá.
4 goals and 3 assists in his first season at West Ham lead to talks of an £80m bid from Man City...
But the deal is called off after the FA launch an investigation into alleged betting breaches, and in all honesty his form never quite gets back to the same level.
Now, with 18 months left on his contract (+ an option of a further year), he appears to be angling for a return to Brazil, with personal terms reportedly agreed with Flamengo.
Far from ideal for a West Ham side sitting 18th, 7 points from safety.
Can't help feeling that West Ham deserve a little more loyalty from a player they've stuck by in difficult circumstances.
