ส่วนตัวคิดว่า worst case จะไม่ได้เลือกใหม่ เพราะอาจจะโดนบิดการตีความคำว่า "ลับ" ในรัฐธรรมนูญ ว่ามีแค่ กกต รู้ถือว่ายังลับ กับยกตัวอย่างของ Singapore กับ UK ที่บัตรเลือกตั้งมี SN ที่ traceable กลับไปยังต้นขั้ว และกลับไปยัง Voter ID ต่อได้มาเป็น precedent

คำถามคือเลือกใหม่แค่ปาร์ตี้ลิสต์หรือมีบัญชีรายชื่อด้วย
