I recently found out that a friend had shared a secret I’d trusted them with. I was extremely disappointed because I genuinely didn’t expect that from them.

When I spoke to an older friend about what had happened he listened quietly and then said,
“If you couldn’t keep it to yourself, why did you assume she would?”

That hit hard. 😩
It didn’t excuse what they did but it completely changed my perspective!

The truth is that once a secret leaves your lips, you’ve surrendered control over it.
From that moment on, you’re relying on someone else’s discretion, loyalty, and self-control.

A difficult lesson, but an important one!!

The Uganda refinery shareholders are UNOC (40%) and the joint venture partner-Alpha MBM Investments LLC (60%) based in Dubai (UAE).

In UNOC, the Uganda Refinery Holding Company, a wholly owned subsidiary, is mandated to develop the Uganda refinery and operationalise Kabalega Petro-based Industrial Park (KIP). KIP is located in Kabaale, Hoima.
