One was an official lawsuit by an actual person, making a direct accusation of wrongdoing. The Epstein file stuff didn't accuse Jay-Z of wrongdoing; it said Jay-Z was present when she awoke in 1996. It was a phone call from someone who refused to leave contact info for the FBI to investigate.

It is easy to determine that Jay-Z was not hanging out with Epstein and Weinstein in 1996! Weinstein had 3 trials (2 in New York, and 1 in California) where multiple victims testified and hundreds of thousands of docs were obtained but no mention or connection to Jay-Z. Ghislane Maxwell(Epstein's recruiter) had a trial were millions of docs were obtained but no mention of Jay-Z. Epstein was investigated in Florida and 1000 of docs were obtained. He ended up pleading guilty. No mention or hint of Jay-Z. Epstein was arrested and charged with fed sex trafficking crimes. Those charges and supporting documents did not reference Jay-Z. Of all the millions of documents in the Epstein Files, there is no single communication between Jay-Z or his people and Epstein. There is no single communication between Epstein's recruiters and Jay-Z or his people. None of Epstein's victims has stated that Jay-Z victimized them.

Of all the hundreds of Epstein victims and scores of Weinstein's victims, the caller that mentioned Jay-Z is the only one that said she was kidnapped (7 times) and that she was drugged. Don't you find it interesting? She was kidnapped 7 times and sexually assaulted many times from 1994 to 2007. Sounds credible?

Yet, Jay-Z is presumed guilty because he hasn't put out a statement? smh.
