Siyempre, dapat may pagkakataon ang prosecution at defense na suriin at kuwestiyunin ang findings ng independent expert. Hindi ang forensic accountant ang magpapasya kung guilty o not guilty ang respondent. Nasa mga Senator-Judges pa rin ang tungkuling iyon.

Ngunit ang isang independent forensic analysis ay makatutulong upang ang kanilang boto—whether to acquit or convict—ay nakabatay sa mas malinaw, mas kumpleto, at mas balanseng pagsusuri ng ebidensiya.

Ang pagkakaroon ng discrepancies ay hindi pa patunay ng pagkakasala. Ngunit ang mga discrepancies na may sapat na batayan ay hindi rin dapat basta balewalain.

Ang kailangan natin ay hindi agarang paghatol, kundi patas na pagsusuri, makatarungang pagkakataong magpaliwanag, at isang desisyong nakabatay sa ebidensiya.
