@BBCRadio4 I just started to listen to an R4 programme just now at 13h45 on the subject of 'awe'. Can the BBC do nothing nowadays without using US American voices? Is it not enough to have US American films, music, news... and just about everything else ?
@BBCr4today “A quantity of offenders” the Chief Constable of Norfolk earlier said on the Today programme.
He also said “not have to go out to the premise” and not “premises”. They are two totally different things !
Well-spotted to me whose first language is not English.

@LynnParsonsUK Can someone tell me what happened last night (Weds 14 August) when GHR went dead. I was listening to the 'Top Ten at Ten' programme at 22:40 and all of a sudden the show stopped. I don't even know the year - although I guessed it was 1974 ?
@ITVTonight You forgot to mention that if the UK were still in the EU the disgraceful quality of your river & sea water wouldn't have been allowed to have got to the state that it is currently in. But you BREXidiots wanted your freedom so take it... sewage and all.
@visitplymouth@prettyplymouth You say: " Discover the Barbican on your trip to Plymouth this summer, it's not to be missed! "
Looking at the number of people there (was it filmed at 5:00 in the morning?), it seems that many, many people have decided to willingly give it a miss.
@BBCRadio4 I've just been listening to Radio 4's news on the climate crisis. Does everyone on your programme have to be a Lord, or a Baron, or a Countess before they are allowed to speak on the radio ?
@Bluemar43056813@TheStephenRalph You mean the strict home office supervision that was (not) evident with these 200 young people who went missing, only six months' ago ?

@ChrisGPackham Nice 1st episode, but anyone embarking on a major TV series such as this should first decide on what SI units to use... so why use kilometres with miles & cubic km with cubic mi ? I was expecting a few cubits to be thrown in for good measure just to confuse us all
@AMD5610@HeathrowAirport Isn't everything in your country called "world class" and "world beating", not forgetting "game changing" and "world leading"... and for all the wrong reasons?!
