@UHC is easily the worst health insurance provider I’ve ever had the misfortune of having. I’m about to turn to herbs and crystals. It would be cheaper and I don’t have to worry about my insurance denying preauthorizations and claims or not covering the service.

@askUHC i have a surgery scheduled for May. Suddenly saw my surgeon is showing as out of network. UHC said he’s out of network as of 4/1 I called my surgeon and he said that’s not true. Hospital billing is waiting to hear back from UHC. How do we expedite a response?

@delta Then mid flight we get a notification that says we’ve been moved to a flight the next morning. We were told by the agent at the gate to go around the corner to another agent. There was no one there. We check our tickets on a terminal and it doesn’t have paper to print. (2)

@Delta We didn’t get any information about recommending we bring our passports to St. Thomas we had a panic with my boyfriend who is TPS. Our flight from st Thomas was delayed 3 hours which almost made us miss our connection at JFK. (1)

@SpotHero I had a long delayed flight last night, got to my parking location only to have the concierge at the hotel make me print off my reservation from the business center which took forever. Why do you even have an app if places require you to print? So frustrating!

Had the worst flight on @AmericanAir last night. Delays in Tampa because the plane was late arriving then when we finally touched down in dc after several failed attempts due to weather, they made us hold at the Tarmac for over an hour. Flight crew have us no info. Horrible!
